NGO Forum developed its first five-year strategic plan for 2001-2005 in 2000. With the prevailing reality of a considerable coverage and emerging new issues in the area of water supply and sanitation, it has become necessary to ascertain whether the existing strategies have been fulfilled the expectations of the stakeholders and also to rethink about the future organizational and programme strategies. NGOF felt the necessity of reviewing its existing strategies with the context of changing perspectives and environment for developing next five- year (2006-2010) strategic plan.
During the time span of 2 decades NGO Forum unfolded 4 phases to ascend the present stage. The ecla of each phase heralded the blooming of the Forum.
