NGO  Forum’s  Community  Mobilizing  Activities  are  targeted  to  ensure  WatSan and hygiene promotion, community mobilization and capacity building of audiences ranging from partners to the community people to:

	bring  behavioural  and  attitudinal  changes  in  the community andamong partners to facilitate smooth implementation of the WatSan programme.
	impart  knowledge  and  develop  skills  among  specific  group of programme stakeholders.
	encourage mutual participation of women and men through shared responsibilities.

With the facilitation of  these activities the village people of all level are sensitized and motivated towards safe WatSan and hygiene practices.

School WatSan Programme   Religious Leaders' Orientation   Meeting With Union Parishad

Through School WatSan Programme Religious Leaders' orientation and meeting with Union Parishad, the school students, religious leaders and UP members become oriented & motivated. Later on they work as change agents to influence their family and community towards safe WatSan and hygiene behaviour.

Partner NGO Staff Orientation   Formation & Mobilization of VDC

NGO Forum guides the partner NGO staff and Village Development Committee (VDC) through orientation and capacitizes them for WatSan promotion. A VDC,  consisting of both male & female members, works for the village development emphasizing on WatSan promotion and thereafter initiates transfer of ownership of the WatSan services to the community.
