NGO  Forum’s  Community  Mobilizing  Activities  are  targeted  to  ensure  WatSan and hygiene promotion, community mobilization and capacity building of audiences ranging from partners to the community people to:

Through School WatSan Programme Religious Leaders' orientation and meeting with Union Parishad, the school students, religious leaders and UP members become oriented & motivated. Later on they work as change agents to influence their family and community towards safe WatSan and hygiene behaviour.

NGO Forum guides the partner NGO staff and Village Development Committee (VDC) through orientation and capacitizes them for WatSan promotion. A VDC,  consisting of both male & female members, works for the village development emphasizing on WatSan promotion and thereafter initiates transfer of ownership of the WatSan services to the community.
